Terry managed to raise nearly two million dollars during his Marathon of Hope. However, his journey came to an end before he could complete his marathon. He remains a true Canadian hero, and every September Canadians across the country run and raise money in his memory. Today, over 650 million dollars has been raised in honour of Terry Fox.
