Tour 1: Toronto — Niagara Falls Tour

To complete the Destination Canada experience, we highly recommend that students participate in an exciting and memorable tour of Canada’s world famous Niagara Falls and Canada’s largest city, Toronto. Accompanied by members of our staff, the group travels from Ottawa to Toronto by luxury motor coach. Upon their arrival in Toronto, the group heads to Paramount Canada’s Wonderland, where they spend an entire day enjoying one of the world’s finest theme parks, featuring live shows and a multitude of exhibitions and thrilling rides. The following morning, the group departs for Niagara Falls where they will enjoy a wonderful breakfast at the Skylon Tower which boasts an exceptional view of the Falls. Following breakfast the group embarks on an unforgettable boat ride to the Falls on the famous Maid of the Mist. The group then returns to Toronto for a city tour, dinner at Hard Rock Cafe and a visit to the top of the CN Tower, the tallest free standing structure in the world. Included in this package are all meals, transportation, entrance fees and overnight accommodation. At all times the group is supervised by members of our staff who are present throughout the entire tour.

Tour 2: Outdoor Adventure Weekend

When one thinks of Canada, they think of its friendly inhabitants, the vast and diverse landscape, the endless forests and the outdoor adventures that summon not only the Canadian citizens but thousands of tourists that frequent our beautiful parks and lakes during the summer months. As such, Destination Canada is proud to offer its students an opportunity to spend two fun filled days in the Great Canadian Outdoors. Accompanied by members of Destination Canada’s staff along with the professionally trained staff members from the outdoor camp where we will be staying, our students will spend two exciting days and one night in the midst of Canada’s natural wildlife. The Groups that attend this optional tour will participate in such activities as: kayaking, canoeing, rock climbing, high & low rope courses, mountaineering, swimming in the river and roasting marshmallows in front of a roaring campfire where the counselors will regale the students with their favorite campfire stories. All accommodation and meals during the Adventure Weekend will take place at the outdoor camp which will provide our students with rustic yet comfortable guest houses and meal facilities. The students will have the opportunity to understand why Canadians feel such an attraction to their natural surroundings and will be able to test their skills and limits during the many organized and supervised activities. This is not a weekend to be missed!
